A refundable security deposit may apply depending on the car category. This will be clearly shown during checkout.
You can cancel your booking free of charge before the pickup time. Full refunds are issued for eligible cancellations according to our cancellation policy.
Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment method.
It is not necessary to have international license to rent a car. Only local license and zanzibar driving permit which cost $10. The company will take care to prepare the permit
Fuel is not included. Cars are usually provided with a certain fuel level, and we request customers to return the vehicle with the same amount to avoid extra charges.
In the rare case of a breakdown, ZanDrive provides prompt roadside assistance and support. We will either repair the issue or arrange a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
